Come for the meeting and stay for the magic! Convenient, on-site lodging is an essential part of the Disney Meetings experience, and it's also an ideal benefit for families and friends. Attendees have the opportunity to arrive early or stay later (or both!) at a Disney resort for a special rate and can purchase specially priced Disney Meeting and Convention Theme Park tickets.

Special Considerations


  • Complimentary roundtrip airport transfers for your attendees via Disney’s Magical Express service – plus the added convenience of complimentary luggage service directly from the airplane to their Guest room.
  • The Hotel will offer complimentary Wi-Fi service at the Hotel for your attendees to use during your meeting in their guest rooms and your meeting rooms and the common areas at the Hotel.  Please be advised, however, that this Wi-Fi service will not have unlimited capacity.  It is not designed for high definition streaming of video or for high volume business use (e.g., if a large percentage of your attendees were to seek to access this Wi-Fi service at the same time).
  • The Hotel will not charge your attendees staying at the Hotel for self-parking at the Hotel (there is currently no charge for this).

Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is the largest single-level convention hotel on the East Coast. Disney's Magical Express® Transportation, is a special, complimentary motor coach and luggage delivery service that takes your Guests from the Orlando International Airport to their Walt Disney World® Resort hotel.


Here's how Disney's Magical Express® Transportation service works:

  • After attendees receive their guest room confirmation number, they have the option of using our online form or calling our group reservationists directly
  • Prior to arrival, attendees will be mailed Disney's Magical Express® information containing special luggage tags which they will attach to their luggage before departure
  • Upon arrival at Orlando International Airport, your Guests will proceed directly to the Disney Airport Welcome Center in Terminal B
  • Attendees and Guests board complimentary deluxe motor coach transportation to their Disney Resort hotel, while their luggage goes straight from the plane to their room
  • At the end of their stay, your attendees will enjoy the same convenience of Disney's Magical Express® Transportation service from their Disney Resort hotel to Orlando International Airport
